You do not need the right program — or the right words. Start with the situation that feels closest. You can understand your options privately first and reach out only when it feels useful.
Nothing on this page is sent to CJC. You choose if and when to reach out.

What Is Going On?
None of these are perfect labels. Choose the closest fit and learn what it may involve before you share anything with CJC.
Conflict or harm is affecting me or someone I care about.
Something has happened between people — a relationship strained, a wrong done, or harm that someone is carrying. You can first understand voice, accountability, repair, and what a restorative option may involve.
A disagreement or hard situation with a family member, neighbor, coworker, organization, landlord or tenant, or another relationship. Mediation may be one option — but not the only one.
If a court, agency, or advocate referred you to CJC, start by understanding your rights, choices, and what the referral may involve before deciding what you want to do next.
Community Listening is not a support request and should not include confidential case or immediate-safety details.
Exploring a page never sends anything to CJC, and reaching out does not commit you to anything. Mediation and restorative processes are voluntary, are not right for every situation, and CJC cannot take on every request. If direct contact feels unsafe or could escalate harm, it does not have to be your next step.
